A Ritchey-Chrétien of 16 inches is often mounted in a fixed position or star-gazing stand and is mainly used for photography. A slight deviation in the collimation is visible in the stars at the edge of the image. With these adjustment screws for the Ritchey-Chrétien of 16 inches from Bob’s Knobs, you can adjust them without a screwdriver or Allen key.
The buttons replace the original adjustment screws, so you turn with your fingers. The set is intended for the 16-inch RC from GSO. Other viewers for this work can be found at the telescopes for astrophotography.
Replace the screws one by one and always turn just a little bit. Check the result on a star and then set it again, for example with a Bahtinov mask tailored to your tube.
If you have a smaller AT6RC or AT8RC, there is a Set for AT6RC and AT8RC.
