With high magnification on the moon or planets, you can immediately see if your collimation is correct. You adjust it using the secondary mirror, but working with a screwdriver just before the corrector plate is no fun in the dark. With these Bob’s Knobs for your 9.25-inch SCT f/10, you turn large knobs instead of small screws.
This version is made of oxidized steel and has metric threaded screws. It is intended for 9.25 inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes with f/10. Check beforehand which thread your telescope has.
Replace the screws one by one and then collimate again on an unfocused star. If that still doesn't work, you can practice with a artificial star for collimation.
Would you prefer stainless steel? Then there is the stainless steel version. For 9.25 inch telescopes with standard wire there is a 9.25 inch set with standard wire.
