Adapter 3 inch to 109 x 1 mm female thread, 2.6 inch long, for FTF30 | Starlight

If you want to mount a 3 inch Feather Touch from the FTF30 series on your telescope, the focus ring of the focuser must match the screw thread of your tube. This adapter for the Feather Touch FTF30 from Starlight Instruments is made for that screw thread with Teflon coating, which allows you to rotate the focuser. The adapter has an external thread of 109 x 1 mm and is 2.6 inches long, approximately 66 mm.

Which adapter you need depends on the thread on your telescope and the focusers you use. Measure the thread well first, because sizes around 110 mm seem very similar.

Also keep in mind that the adapter itself adds length, which means that your focus point is further from the tube. If you are photographing with an astrocamera, Then calculate in advance whether you will still be in focus.
