Sky-Watcher StarQuest DX motor: automatic tracking with speed control

This RA drive motor powers the StarQuest and AZ-EQ Avant mounts. The motor compensates for the Earth’s rotation, allowing objects to remain in view longer without manual adjustments. This makes observing at higher magnifications much smoother.

The DX version has a multi-speed hand controller: this allows you to re-center objects and adjust the tracking speed. The motor runs on included batteries, so there are no cables or external power supply needed.
