The Skywatcher WAVE-100i combines compact construction with high precision. The Strainwave transmission gives smooth, quiet and precise movement of your telescope. Ideal for mobile astrophotography and quick setups in your garden or observatory.
Flexible in use
You can use the WAVE-100i in either equatorial or Alt-AZ mode. The RA and DEC output positions keep you on course. Thanks to the dual-fit mounting disk, you can easily fit standard prism rails or other accessories.
Smart control via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Control your mount wirelessly via the SynScan PRO app on Windows, iOS or Android. You can also use software such as Stellarium or SkySafari. Everything stays clear thanks to the red LED lighting for latitude and level.
Strong and light tripod
The WAVE Carbon tripod is torsion-resistant and lightweight. You easily position the mounting head with the 3/8″ screw. Optionally, you can add a column extension for more distance from the tripod legs. This keeps everything stable and vibration-free.
Ready for GoTo and astrophotography
The WAVE-100i supports GoTo control, autoguiding and PEC correction. The RA braking function when the motor is turned off facilitates setup. With a carrying capacity of 10 kg, you can mount a wide range of telescopes.
