With 102 mm opening this telescope captures nearly 50% more light than a 90 mm refractor. The short focal length of 660 mm makes it ideal for large sky areas, comets and open clusters. Thanks to the achromatic optics you will see clean, clear images with good contrast - perfect for beginners and advanced visual observation enthusiasts alike.
Comfortable operation with the AZ-3 mount
The AZ-3 mount ensures smooth movements in elevation and azimuth. The fine adjustment allows accurate tracking of objects - without jerks or hiccups. Ideal for quietly tracking a comet, planet or bird in motion.
The aluminium tripod offers stability without being heavy and is height adjustable. This makes it easy to adjust the telescope to your own observation position.

The Omegon 102/660 is not only a telescope for the night sky, but also a excellent spotting scope for daytime. The 90° zenith mirror delivers an upright image, making it suitable for nature observations as well.
