With the Bresser variable T2 adapter, you can take photos through an eyepiece: eyepiece projection. Insert a 1.25-inch eyepiece into the adapter, slide the entire assembly into the focuser, and connect your camera via the T2 ring on your merk. The eyepiece projects a magnified image onto the sensor.

This makes this technique suitable for high magnifications of the moon and planets, where focal photography does not reach far enough. The variable length of the adapter controls the projection distance, and with it the magnification and focus.

Compatibility
