Het Explore Scientific 100 graden 9 mm 2 inch is een topklasse groothoekoculair met argonvulling. Een beeldveld van 100 graden is groter dan je oog in een blik kan overzien: de beeldrand verdwijnt uit je waarneming en het lijkt alsof je vrij tussen de sterren hangt.

Met 9 mm brandpuntsafstand en 100 graden beeldveld combineert dit oculair een flinke vergroting met een panoramisch overzicht. Bolhopen vullen het beeld met sterren tot ver buiten je directe blikveld.

Uncompromising optics

Negen lenzen in zes groepen houden het beeld scherp en contrastrijk over het volledige veld, ook op lichtsterke telescopen. De gepatenteerde EMD-multicoating maximaliseert de lichttransmissie en voorkomt reflecties en ghosting.

Argon-filled and waterproof

The sealed, argon-filled housing permanently keeps out moisture, dust, and mold. Dew-heavy nights and years of field use do not affect this eyepiece.

Comfort during long sessions

You adjust the adjustable eyecup to your viewing position. The weight does require a sturdy focuser and possibly rebalancing the telescope.

A 2-inch nebula filter screws directly into the filter thread. Use an eyepiece bag or case with pre-cut foam: this is an investment you want to transport protected.
