ZWO IR Pass Filter 1.25 inch: Sharper Planetary Details Through Infrared
This IR pass filter does the opposite of a block filter: it blocks all visible light and allows only infrared light with wavelengths above 850 nm to pass through. Because infrared light is much less affected by atmospheric turbulence, images of the Moon and planets are noticeably smoother and sharper, especially in moderate seeing conditions or when a planet is low in the sky.
What you capture with it
- Sharper images of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and the Moon
- Planet detail in poor seeing or low altitude
- Shooting in twilight: infrared makes the background sky darker
Compatibility
Past in alle 1,25 inch focusers en filterwielen. Alleen geschikt voor camera’s die gevoelig zijn voor infrarood, zoals de ASI174MM, ASI462MM en ASI585MM. Niet geschikt voor visuele waarneming.
