This camera adapter bridges a 2-inch focuser to a camera with a T2 connection: the nosepiece clamps into the focuser, and the camera screws onto the thread.

The easiest way to mount a mirrorless camera behind a telescope for prime focus photography of the Moon and Sun with the proper filter.

Focal plane photography in a nutshell

In prime focus photography, the telescope is the lens: no eyepiece, no camera lens, just the primary optics and the sensor. This adapter places the camera in that exact spot.

For the camera connection itself, you'll need a T-ring from cameramerk; it snaps onto the bayonet mount and screws onto this adapter.
