Sky-Watcher 26 mm PanaView: deep-sky in widescreen
The PanaView series is built for the big picture: a 2-inch barrel and a 70-degree apparent field of view deliver panoramas that a 1.25-inch eyepiece physically cannot reach. Five multi-coated lenses keep the image bright, and the generous 20 mm eye relief makes extended viewing comfortable, even with glasses.

The 26 mm combines the wide field with the highest magnification in the series: an overview that already begins to show detail. The series performs best on telescopes from approximately f/6; on very fast Newtonians, the sharpness decreases toward the edge.
