This original motherboard is the replacement heart of the EQ6 PRO. If the control system fails or the electronics become defective, this board restores all functions: motors, communication, and operation will work as intended again. Repairing is therefore many times more cost-effective than a new mount.
This board provides the EQ6 PRO with a stable USB connection to your computer: planetarium software and firmware updates communicate directly and reliably with the mount.
