Sky-Watcher 38 mm PanaView: widescreen deep-sky

The PanaView series is built for the ultimate overview: a 2-inch viewfinder and 70-degree apparent field of view deliver panoramas that a 1.25-inch eyepiece cannot match. Five multi-coated lenses keep the image clear, and the generous eye relief of 28 mm makes long viewing comfortable, even with glasses.

The 38 mm provides the largest exit pupil and the most relaxed image: expansive nebulae and star fields at their widest. The series performs best on telescopes from about f/6; on very fast Newtonians, edge sharpness decreases.

Compatibility
