Omegon 2x Premium Barlow Lens: twice the magnification from your eyepieces

The Omegon 2x Premium Barlow doubles the focal length of your telescope and, with that, the magnification of any eyepiece you own. A set of three eyepieces thus becomes a range of six magnifications.

Where simple Barlows introduce chromatic aberrations and light loss, this premium version is corrected for a clear, contrast-rich image: the magnification is doubled, the image quality remains the same.

A Barlow is the most cost-effective way to increase your magnification range. Choose eyepieces whose focal lengths do not overlap after doubling: with a 25 mm and a 10 mm eyepiece plus this Barlow, you cover 25, 12.5, 10 and 5 mm.

Practical to use

The 1.25-inch housing fits any standard focuser and zenith mirror. Keep the realistic limit in mind: more than 2x the aperture in millimeters at magnification does not yield any additional detail, not even with a Barlow.
