A complete photographic setup quickly encompasses four surfaces: the main optics, the guidescope, the finder, and the eyepiece or the lens of an all-sky camera. Each requires its own power; controlling a thick strap around a 10-inch tube and a thin strap around a guidescope on the same channel means one of the two will be too warm or too cold.

This controller gives each strip its own channel with its own control knob. This way you heat each surface just enough and not a single watt more, which is directly reflected in the battery life.

Four channels, up to 48 W per channel

Each channel is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 12 V and delivers up to 48 W. That is more than enough for the heaviest tapes around large pipes.

The control works independently per channel, so a change to one strip does not affect the other.

Secured on 4 A

The 2-meter power cable ends in a cigarette lighter plug with a built-in 4 A fuse. In the event of a short circuit in a strip or cable, the fuse sacrifices itself, not the controller or your battery.

Fixed in the lineup

With the included mounting clip, you can attach the controller to the tripod or mount. This prevents it from dangling by its cables and keeps the control knobs in a fixed, easy-to-find location in the dark.
