Omegon Super Plössl 6.3 mm Eyepiece (1.25 inch): five-element lens with a 52-degree apparent field of view
The Omegon Super Plössl 6.3 mm builds on the classic Plössl design with five lens elements: a slightly larger field of view, blackened lens edges, and a sleeker finish. A planetary focal length that combines high magnification with a still calm image.
On a 150/750 Newtonian, 6.3 mm gives a magnification of 119x, on a Maksutov with 1300 mm focal length 206x. Jupiter, Saturn and the moon terminator are the logical targets.
