Omegon Pro Reducer 0.75x for RC Telescopes: Your RC a Stop Faster

A Ritchey-Chrétien at f/8 is sharp but slow: long exposure times and a narrow field of view. This reducer brings the f-ratio down to f/6, which nearly halves the exposure time and significantly widens the field of view.

This makes the RC more versatile: the same tube does small galaxies at f/8 and wider fields at f/6, with only this reducer as the change.

From f/8 to f/6

The 0.75x focal reducer shortens the effective focal length by a quarter. For an RC 203/1624, this means working at 1218 mm, and for an RC 254/2000, at 1500 mm.

Adapters included

The reducer comes with a 2-inch adapter and an M48 to T2 adapter, so both the plug-in and screw-in route are immediately available. The filter thread accepts a 2-inch filter.
