Omegon Pro Neptune Fork Mount with Center Pole and Aluminum Tripod Stand: fork mount, center pole and carbon tripod complete
This is the Pro Neptune as intended: on an adjustable center post and the Omegon Pro Carbon 40 mm tripod. The center post lifts the fork off the tripod legs, so you can look at the zenith sitting down without a leg getting in the way.
Everything is coordinated and fits into a single operation. Anyone who bought a Brightsky without a set can get the rest of it in one go here.

The assembly
Aluminum fork on Teflon bearings in both axes, load capacity 9 kg with a dead weight of 4.25 kg. The altitude axis ranges from 30 degrees below the horizon to 90 degrees straight up, with locking screws and graduations on both axes.
The viewer clamps with a 150 x 55 mm sandwich dovetail and a 1/4 inch screw. At the bottom is a 3/8 inch tripod connection. All Brightsky models, the Argus 25x100 and the Nightstar 100 mm fit on it.

Center pillar and tripod
The center post slides vertically and shifts the center of gravity upward, just what you want with a fork lift. The carbon stand with 40 mm legs carries 50 kg, slides out to 1.90 m and has rubber feet with rotating steel points for grass and sand. Carbon dampens vibrations faster than aluminum; you notice that at 30x.

For which viewers
All Brightsky 22×70, 26×82 and 30×100, the ED-APO versions, the Argus 25×100 and the Nightstar 100 mm. Also a small refractor with Vixen rail fits via the 3/8 inch adapter plate.
