Omegon Pro Field Flattener 2 inch

Omegon Pro Field Flattener 2″ corrects image field flattening on refractors and ensures that stars remain sharp and point-like all the way to the edge of your shot. Designed for large-sensor astrophotography, this flattener fully exposes a full-frame chip (24 × 36 mm) without vignetting.

The flattener is suitable for refractors with an aperture ratio of f/5 to f/9 and a focal length between 500 mm and 1000 mm. Thanks to the long register distance, there is plenty of room to fit accessories such as a filter wheel or off-axis guider. So you can easily put together a complete astrophotography setup without sacrificing image quality.

The telescope side features an M68 thread for stable and backlash-free coupling with focusers. Separate adapters are available for focusers without M68 threads. On the camera side, an M48 adapter is included, giving you a back focus of about 55 mm - perfectly matched to DSLRs and commonly used astro cameras.
