Omegon Pro CLS Filter 2 inch: Keeping nebulae visible in the city

The Omegon Pro CLS filter makes nebulae and star clusters visible in places where artificial light normally washes them out. It blocks the interfering part of the spectrum, thereby increasing the contrast between the object and the background.

Bright image without significant light loss

Many filters enhance contrast by blocking a lot of light, resulting in a dark image. This filter hardly dims the object, allowing you to maintain a bright and natural image through the eyepiece while contrast increases. As a result, even telescopes starting from 70 mm still show a clear difference.

Interference Engineering

The coating only transmits the wavelengths that are relevant for nebula observation. Less stray light means a cleaner image, which also makes the filter usable for photography from light-polluted environments.
