De Omegon Premium Barlow Lens 5x gebruikt een apochromatisch ontwerp met vier lenzen. Kleurfouten worden daarmee vrijwel volledig gecorrigeerd: het beeld blijft scherp en kleurzuiver, ook bij de hoge vergrotingen waarvoor je een Barlow juist inzet. Four lenses, apochromatically corrected

Where standard Barlows with two or three lenses show residual color on bright edges, the four-element apochromatic design corrects this almost completely. The multi-coating on all glass surfaces keeps light transmission high.
