De Omegon Premium Barlow Lens 4x gebruikt een apochromatisch ontwerp met vier lenzen. Kleurfouten worden daarmee vrijwel volledig gecorrigeerd: het beeld blijft scherp en kleurzuiver, ook bij de hoge vergrotingen waarvoor je een Barlow juist inzet. Vooral planeetfotografen halen hier hun winst: de planeetschijf wordt vier keer zo groot op de sensor.

Four lenses, apochromatically corrected

Where standard Barlows with two or three lenses show residual color on bright edges, the four-element apochromatic design corrects this almost completely. The multi-coating on all glass surfaces keeps light transmission high.

Compression

The compression ring grips your eyepiece or camera all around, without the scratch of a single set screw. Important for photography, where every tilt becomes visible.
