Omegon Guidescope Finder Module: finderscope and guidescope in one module

The Modulfinder is a 50 mm viewer with an open 1.25-inch connection: insert an eyepiece and it is a finder with interchangeable magnification, insert a guiding camera and it is a guidescope. That modularity makes it the most versatile 50 mm tube in the range.

The 50 mm multi-coated optics capture enough light to make even fainter guide stars usable.

From seeker to guider in one action

During the day you align it as a finder with a crosshair eyepiece; when taking photos, you swap the eyepiece for the camera. Same tube, same alignment.

Short focal length, wide field

The 175 to 180 mm focal length provides a wide field of view, so there is almost always a guide star within reach without moving the mount.

For use as a guidescope with a 1.25-inch guide camera or as a finder scope with 1.25-inch eyepieces. Eyepiece and camera are not included.
