Omegon Flexible dew cap 4 inch (115-135mm)

Nothing is more frustrating than a perfectly aligned telescope whose optics fog up as soon as the air cools. The Omegon flexible dew cap 4 inch is specifically designed for 4-inch telescopes and prevents water vapor from condensing on the lens or corrector plate. This keeps your image clear and usable, especially on humid nights when dew normally ruins your observation.

The dew cap is made of flexible plastic and has a dark velvet inner layer. This inner layer limits stray light and slows down cooling of the optics, reducing condensation. Thanks to the adjustable Velcro closure, the hood fits tightly to the telescope tube without shifting during use. When finished, simply roll it up for compact storage in your accessory bag.

This version is suitable for 4-inch telescopes only with an outside diameter within the specified range. It is not suitable for 5-inch systems or larger pipe diameters.
