Omegon Cronus Eyepiece Case with Moon Filter (4, 6 and 9 mm): three Cronus eyepieces plus premium moon filter

This case combines three eyepieces from the Cronus series with a premium Moon filter in an aluminum case. With 9, 6, and 4 mm, you cover the complete range from medium to high magnification: the domain of the Moon, planets, and compact deep-sky.

On a telescope with a 1000 mm focal length and a brand focal ratio, that results in 111x, 167x, and 250x. Three fixed magnification levels that you can adjust based on what the atmosphere allows that evening.

The Cronus peek, three times

All three eyepieces share the 60-degree field of view and 16 mm eye relief of the Cronus series. Changing magnification therefore does not mean having to get used to a different view, and eyeglass wearers also view comfortably.

Premium moon filter

The included moon and contrast filter is made of metal with optical glass, neutral in color. It reduces the brightness of the moon so that craters and structures show detail instead of blinding, and screws into each of the three eyepieces.

Suitcase with expandable capacity

The aluminum case with cube foam protects the set and leaves room for future expansions: you determine the layout yourself.

Featured accessories

The eyepieces fit any telescope with a 1.25-inch focuser. For the 4 mm, use the rule of thumb of a maximum of 2x the telescope aperture in millimeters.
