Omegon Finder 9x50 with Illuminated Reticle: a reticle that you can actually see

A crosshair only helps if you can see it, and in the dark, a regular crosshair disappears against the black background. This finder has red LED illumination that makes the wires visible without disrupting your dark adaptation.

Red light with good reason

Red light impairs night vision the least. After half an hour in the dark, your eye is at its most sensitive, and a single flash of white light undoes that. An illuminated reticle in red allows you to center accurately without losing that sensitivity.

Optics

The 50 mm aperture shows faint stars and bright deep-sky objects. Multi-coated achromatic optics provide a bright and faithful image in which you can easily distinguish reference points.
