A Dobson that stands in the garden or on a flat roof all year round needs a cover that is made for that purpose. The Telegizmos T3-1D is intended for 6 and 8 inch Dobson telescopes with an aperture ratio of f/5, and belongs to the 365 series for outdoor use.

If you have a Dobson with a longer focal brandlength, for example f/6 or f/8, the tube may be too long for this cover. When you measure your Dobson in the position where you set it down, compare that with the dimensions of the cover. Attach the fabric cover to the tube and let the telescope dry before covering it.
