From a garden with streetlights or on a clear moon, nebular photography seems almost impossible. The Askar H-alpha filter of 3 nm only allows a narrow band around the red H-alpha line of hydrogen. Almost all other light, including that from streetlights and the moon, is blocked out.
This results in images with very contrasting emission nebulae such as the North American Nebula or the Rosette Nebula. This 2 inch filter is usually used with a monochrome camera, together with the OIII filter of 3 nm and an SII filter for color recordings in, for example, the Hubble palette.
With a very powerful telescope, it is advisable to check whether a 3 nm filter is suitable for this purpose. This is a filter for the night sky and not a solar filter. Never use it to look at the sun or to photograph the sun. If you want to view the sun, first read the instructions for using the filter. How to safely use a sunscreen.
If you want all three lines at once, there is The set with H-alpha, SII and OIII.
