Omegon Pro OIII CCD filter -. Bring planetary nebulae to life
The Omegon Pro OIII filter lets you see nebulae and supernova remnants like you've never seen them before. An object that previously seemed faint now appears crystal clear in your eyepiece. Your telescope shows its full potential.
Get the most out of your sky observations
This filter blocks unwanted light and allows only triple ionized oxygen to pass through. Thus, it increases the contrast of the nebula against the sky background. Even in light-polluted areas, you will see more details.

Ideal for medium and large telescopes
From an aperture of 200 mm, the filter performs optimally. You can also use it with smaller telescopes at low magnification. Bandwidth of 12 nm ensures minimal stray light contamination.

Explore famous mists
With the Pro OIII filter, you will see the Veil Nebula (Swan), Halter Nebula M27, Omega Nebula M17, Owl Nebula M97 and Eagle Nebula M16 in clear detail. The contrast and brightness of these objects are immediately noticeable.
What we recommend
✓ Planetary nebulae: optimal fit
✓ Supernova remnants: excellent visibility
✓ CCD astrophotography: perfect selection of OIII line
✗ Lunar and planetary observation: limited effect
✗ Comets or central stars: not suitable
