Sky-Watcher NEQ-3 Pro upgrade kit: your EQ3 becomes a fully-fledged GoTo mount

With this kit, you give your existing EQ3 mount full GoTo functionality. Choose an object on the SynScan LCD hand controller and the mount will automatically slew to it, with a positioning accuracy of up to 1 arcminute. The database contains over 42,900 objects, including the complete Messier, NGC, and IC catalogs, plus space for your own favorites.

The stepper motors (1.8 degrees per step) slew at up to 3.4 degrees per second and then track at guiding speeds from 0.25x to 1x. PEC (Periodic Error Correction) and a PC connection also make the kit interesting for astrophotography: together with an autoguider, your motorized EQ3 becomes a serious imaging platform. Firmware updates are done via the included RS-232 cable.

Compatibility
