Sky-Watcher AZ5 Deluxe mount: fine adjustment for your own tripod
This loose AZ5 Deluxe mount can be attached to your own tripod with a 3/8 inch connection. The azimuthal mount supports telescopes up to 5 kg and combines a slip clutch for quick rough aiming with worm gear fine adjustment on both axes. The slow-motion cables allow you to keep an object precisely in view, even at higher magnifications.
The Vixen-style saddle fits virtually any light refractor, Maksutov, or spotting scope. Weighing 2.3 kg, the head is light enough for travel, while the aluminum construction feels sturdy.
