Bresser 2x Barlow lens 1.25 inch: 2x more magnification from every eyepiece
The Bresser 2x Barlow lens extends your telescope's focal length by a factor of 2x. Every eyepiece in your set will therefore provide 2x the magnification: a 20 mm eyepiece behaves like a 10 mm eyepiece. This instantly doubles the number of usable magnifications without buying new eyepieces.
The 2x is the most commonly used factor and the safest choice for a first Barlow: it doubles your range without the image quickly becoming too dark or too unsettled. The multi-coated lenses keep the image bright and high-contrast.

Features
- Achromatic lens design minimizes chromatic aberrations
- Doubles the range of your existing eyepiece set
- Metal housing with a set screw
- Works with any 1.25-inch eyepiece, including with filter threads in the eyepiece.
Compatibility
Fits any 1.25-inch (31.7 mm) focuser or zenith mirror. Stick to your telescope’s realistic maximum magnification: approximately twice the aperture in millimeters. So use the Barlow lens with your medium-length eyepieces, not your shortest ones.
