Pro LRGB CCD filter set 1.25 inches - Omegon

This Pro LRGB filter set lets you get the most out of a monochrome CCD or CMOS camera. Whereas color cameras use only part of the pixels due to built-in color filters, a monochrome camera with separate filters uses the full resolution of the chip. The result: razor-sharp and true-to-life color images of deep-sky objects.

The set includes four filters:

• Luminance (L): lets all visible light through and blocks UV and IR radiation. So you capture all details and textures with maximum sharpness.
• Red (R), Green (G) and Blue (B): these three filters provide the individual color channels. By taking an image for each channel and combining them on the computer, a high-resolution color image is created.

Omegon's Pro Series filters feature an enhanced coating and extremely neutral color balance. They are designed for photographers who want to get the most out of their equipment. The standard 1.25″ thread allows them to be used in filter wheels, making changing filters during a session quick and precise.
