Aiming a telescope with a solar filter at the sun is more difficult than you might think, because looking through a regular viewfinder is not an option. Therefore, you use a solar viewfinder. By projecting the telescope and the sun, you bring them into line: the sunlight falls as a small light spot on a target, and that spot is in the center; then you point the telescope at the sun.
The Universal Solar Finder is intended as a universal finder for various telescopes. However, please check how to attach it to your telescope before ordering. You can find other models here. finders for your telescope.
Unmount it once while the sun is in the field of view of your safely filtered telescope. Remove the usual viewfinder from your telescope or cover it, and never look through an unfiltered viewfinder or telescope at the sun. Also read How to watch a solar eclipse safely.
For white light, you use an objective filter for the aperture, such as a Baader AstroSolar ClearWhite filter in the size of your telescope.
