The Omegon road corrector is the solution when you can't get a sharp image with a binoviewer. Binoviewers need extra optical space, often around 100 mm, and many telescopes cannot provide that. With this glass path corrector, you move the focus point so that your telescope will again focus without problems and you can observe optimally.

Indispensable for telescopes with limited focus space
Newton telescopes in particular and many refractors run into this problem. Without a corrector, focusing simply does not work. This road corrector brings the focal point outward, exactly within the range of your focuser. In this way, binocular observation suddenly becomes possible.

Smart lens construction for reliable results
The internal lens combination bridges almost the entire extra path length required by a binoviewer. This results in a stable and sharp image without complicated adjustments to your telescope or accessories.

Widely applicable with many bino viewers
The path corrector is suitable for bino viewers with a straight view, such as the Omegon Bino, Baader large-field bino, BW Bino, TS Bino and similar models. The fixed magnification factor of 2× is clear and predictable, so you know what to expect while observing.

Can also be used as a Barlow lens
This road corrector offers additional flexibility. You can screw it into the filter thread of 1.25″ eyepieces to use it as a 2× Barlow lens. Useful if you want to achieve higher magnifications without carrying extra accessories.
