This adapter ring clicks onto your Canon EOS bayonet like a lens and screws onto M48x0.75 on the other side: the output of Sky-Watcher reducers, flatteners, and coma correctors. This makes it literally the last link between corrector and camera.

The wide M48 format prevents vignetting that a narrower T2 ring can cause on large sensors. Originally Sky-Watcher, so with exactly the correct built-in length for the 55 mm back focus of the correctors.
