The William Optics Dura Bright 2-inch diagonal is the accessory that will improve the performance of your entire eyepiece set. The dielectric coating reflects 99.1% of the light, and the mirror is polished to 1/12 lambda: maximum brightness and a sharp, clear image even at high magnification.

The 12 mm thick mirror remains dimensionally stable during temperature changes. The housing combines aluminum with carbon: rigid, lightweight, and beautifully finished.

For your entire accessory fleet

The 2-inch compression ring clamps large eyepieces scratch-free and evenly all around; the included 1.25-inch adapter accommodates your smaller eyepieces. A filter thread places 2-inch filters directly in the light path.

Also on SC telescopes

With the separately available William Optics SC adapter, this diagonal screws directly onto the rear thread of a Schmidt-Cassegrain: more rigid than any clamp connection.
