William Optics 61 Guidescope Guide Star Apo Blauw: apo-guider in blauw

The William Optics GuideStar 61 is an apochromatic guidescope featuring a 61 mm (2.4 inch) objective lens with FPL-53 glass. This glass delivers sharp, color-pure star points, and this very sharpness makes guiding more accurate: guiding software can determine the center of gravity of a sharp star more precisely than a blob. Made for guiding refractors with focal lengths from 700 to 1200 mm.

De helicale scherpstelling werkt via de dauwkap: geribbelde tegenring losdraaien, kap schuiven tot de ster scherp staat, weer vastzetten. Achteraan zit een uitschuifbaar verlengstuk voor extra focusbereik. Deze uitvoering is blauw, geleverd met Vixen-stijl zwaluwstaart en transporttas.

With the readily available Flat61R flattener, the GuideStar 61 becomes a flattened photography lens for small sensors: a complete travel astrograph in addition to its work as a guider.
