Omegon Finderscope to T-Adapter: from finderscope to guidescope

A 50 mm finder scope has precisely the focal length and focal ratio that a guidescope needs. This adapter completes the conversion: it screws onto the M51 thread of the finder scope, where the eyepiece section normally goes, and provides a T2 connection for your guiding camera.

With zero millimeters of extra backfocus, the camera reaches the exact position where the eyepiece came into focus. This is how you turn a finder scope you already own into a fully functional guider.
