Baader Hyperion eyepieces (5 / 8 / 10 / 13 / 17 / 21 / 24 mm): versatile comfort with a 68-degree field of view

The Hyperion series has been one of the most popular eyepiece lines in the world for years, and that is no coincidence. The apparent field of view of 68 degrees provides a spacious, immersive view of deep-sky objects, the moon, and planets, while the 20 mm eye relief also allows eyeglass wearers to view comfortably.

Each Hyperion features a dual mount for 1.25-inch and 2-inch focusers and has a modular design: use the integrated threads to attach cameras or adjust the brand focal distance with spacer rings.

Seven focal lengths

The series includes 5, 8, 10, 13, 17, 21, and 24 mm. This provides a suitable magnification for every telescope and every object, ranging from detailed planetary views with the 5 mm to wide deep-sky fields with the 24 mm.

Modular system

A unique feature of the Hyperion series is its modular design. You can connect system and SLR cameras via the M43 thread for projection photography, and use optional fine-tuning rings to adjust the brand focal length of the eyepiece.

Comfortable viewing

The adjustable rubber eyecup and the generous 20 mm eye relief make long observation sessions comfortable. The multi-layer coating keeps contrast high and reflections low.

Featured accessories

Combine a Hyperion with the Hyperion Barlow lens or fine-tuning rings to create additional magnifications. The complete series is also available as a set with a case.
