When you look into a pond, through a display or at shiny objects, the reflection often gets in the way. This Vixen monocular polarising filter blocks part of that reflected light, so you can see better what is behind or underneath.
The filter is made for the Vixen multifunctional monocular. This series consists of small viewers such as the Multi Monocular H 6×16. Before ordering, check that your monocle is included in this multifunctional range. You can find more small viewers in the Hiking and travel enthusiasts.
The effect depends on the angle at which the light is reflected. Rotate the monoculair with the filter attached a little to one side or change your viewing angle until the glare is least visible. On water, it usually works best when you look diagonally at the surface.
