A 24 to 25 inch Dobson is almost always mounted in a fixed position, and without a cover, dust and moisture will naturally collect on the mirrors. The cover is intended for very large Dobson telescopes, They usually stand in an observatory, shed or under a shelter.
Measure the telescope in the position in which you park it, often with the tube upright, and compare the height and width with the dimensions of the cover.
