Once you have aligned your refractor on a German equatorial mount, you don’t want to have to do it every night again. The Telegizmos T3-R6 covers a refractor of 5 to 6 inches on such a mount. The cover is part of the 365 series, intended for an installation that remains outdoors all year round.
Such refractors are often purchased as Single refractor tube which you install yourself on a mounting. The cover is intended for that combination of a tubus and equatorial mounting.
Refractors in this class vary considerably in length. Put the telescope in parking position and measure the setup including the dew cap, diagonal, viewfinder and any camera. Compare that with the dimensions of the case. Put the lens cap on the objective lens and let the telescope dry first after a wet night.
If you have a 5 inch one, then compare it too. T3-R5 for 5 inch refractors. There is a lens attached to the object during observation. Dewband for 6 inch telescopes.
