With a monochrome camera, you take a color photo by photographing the object through a red, green, and blue filter and combining those shots later. The L-filter (luminance) is used for sharpness and detail. This set includes all four filters in a 1.25-inch format.
The filters are made of 2 mm quartz glass with a permeability of more than 95 percent. The red filter allows H-alpha and SII through, the green and blue filters OIII.
