The AAF (Astro Automatic Focuser) replaces the focus button on your focus ring with a stepper motor. Through the software, you can set the focus automatically, even in the middle of the night when the temperature drops and the brandpoint shifts. The temperature sensor helps with this.
The motor fits most telescopes; it comes with several connecting pieces and a horizontal and vertical mounting plate. You connect it via USB-C and it works with ASCOM and INDI drivers, so with N.I.N.A., StellaVita and other programs. With the included hand control, you can also focus without a computer.
Who is the AAF for?
Hello who makes long sessions and doesn't want to adjust them manually all the time.
Not who only looks at it visually.
