Has your child seen photos of Mars and wants to know how to explore another planet? This Mars Rover toy from Buki brings space travel into the home in a playful way. Real rovers like Curiosity and Perseverance have been exploring Mars for years, taking photos and examining rocks and soil in search of traces of water and past life.
Use the rover as an opportunity to discover more about the planet together: why it is red, how long a trip to get there takes and why there are robots driving around instead of people. Read our article about Mars Read about how to find the planet itself in the sky.
On real sky, Mars can be recognized as an orange-red dot that glows less brightly than the stars around it. Read the manual carefully and see what age it corresponds to.
There is one for the children's room. A glowing Mars as a decoration. If you want to look at the child yourself through a telescope, then a children's telescope with 40 activities a logical next step.
