Hyperbolic mirrors for maximum image quality
This RC uses hyperbolic main and catch mirrors. That sounds technical, but you see the results immediately. Your images are sharper, with more detail and without distracting distortion. You don't need a corrector to get beautiful stars. That makes your setup simpler and more reliable.
Photographing without additional correctors
Connect your DSLR or astro camera directly and start shooting. With APS-C cameras, you already get a fully sharp field of view without additional accessories. This saves time, cost and adjustment. You focus on shooting, not on correcting.
Stable focus thanks to smart materials
The tube is designed to reduce focus shift. Combined with BK7 glass, the focus remains stable during the night. You need to adjust less frequently, even during long exposures. This ensures more consistent results and fewer failed shots.

The mirrors have a dielectric coating with a reflectivity of up to 94%. Thus, as little light as possible is lost. Faint nebulae and subtle structures become more visible, while stars remain bright and sleek.

Why an RC is better than a classic SC
