Fluorostar 132 in Space Gray: the top-class all-around apochromat

The William Optics Fluorostar 132 Space Gray combines a large aperture with exceptional sharpness. The FPL-53 and lanthanum glass triplet lens delivers a color-pure image where star points truly shine: double stars are sharply separated, and Jupiter's cloud bands and Saturn's rings are clear and sharp.

The Fluorostar 132 Space Gray with a 3.7-inch rotary focuser

Lots of light, short exposures

With a 132 mm aperture and 925 mm focal length (f/7), you capture a lot of light: nebulae and galaxies require shorter exposures, and the image scale is large enough for serious planetary work. The 3.7-inch rotating focuser with 1:10 fine adjustment supports heavy camera trains without sagging and rotates the composition without loss of focus. Expect an EQ6-class mount.

For whom yes, for whom no

For advanced astrophotographers and visual observers seeking a refractor for life. Not for those who photograph with mobile or lightweight mounts; the Fluorostar 91 is the logical choice then.
