Sky-Watcher 5 mm Planetary UWA: high magnification with a bit more reserve

The Planetary series is built for high magnification with viewing comfort. Whereas classic short eyepieces force your eye against the glass, this series maintains 16 mm of eye relief: relaxed viewing, even with glasses. Five multi-coated lenses deliver the sharp, high-contrast image that lunar and planetary detail demands.

The 5 mm is just below the maximum magnification: detail on the moon and planets, with slightly more tolerance for turbulent air than the shortest focal lengths.

Compatibility
