Clamp evenly

The 63 mm central clamping screw distributes the force across the width of the dovetail instead of at a single point. That keeps the instrument stable and prevents scratches or dents in the profile, which does happen with a point screw.

Seven mounting holes

The 42 mm GP profile features a 1/4 inch camera screw and seven mounting holes. This allows you to attach the clamp to various rails and plates, or use it as an adapter in a dual setup.
